Subscription Services
All subscription-based services offered by Riches Academy Wealth, LLC (operating as Boss Mastermind) may be cancelled at any time without penalty. Subscribers retain access to paid content through the end of their current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be incurred, and automatic renewal will be disabled immediately.
Digital Products and Courses
We stand behind the quality of our digital products, courses, and educational materials. Any purchased digital products may be returned for a full refund within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date, provided the request is submitted in writing to our customer service team. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Access to digital content will be revoked upon refund processing.
Coaching and Consulting Services
Individual coaching sessions and consulting services are subject to the same 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted prior to the completion of 50% of contracted sessions or services, whichever occurs first.
